My Top 10 Best Disney Movies

I saw friend of mine do this, so I figured I'd do this as well. Like him, I like Disney movies the most, especially those that appear as worlds in the Kingdom Hearts series (I can't shut up about that, sorry  ), but these 10 are the movies I love the most, and I shall tell you why in 3...2...1...NOW!

#10: The Fox and the Hound
This was my childhood favorite next to Robin Hood and Pinocchio. Some parts of the movie made me happy while a few were complete tearjerkers. Of course, this movie also reminded me of an old friend of mine, we played a lot, got in trouble, had a few fights...Okay, now I'm going off topic. Anyway, this was an amazing "bromance" movie made by Disney, even if that bromance is shared by two animals.

#9: Hercules
Another great Disney movie. A hilarious take on Greek mythology, which explains why I found most of the movie funny. But some scenes were touching as well (like the I Can Go The Distance scene.) Though I must say, Hades is one funny villain (next to Captain Hook, in my opinion) and I thought Meg was hot...okay, that was weird. But this movie is fantastic and I love it!

#8: Monsters Inc.
Pixar films count as well, right? Because Monsters Inc. was one of my favorite Pixar films of all time other than the Toy Story trilogy. It also changed my outlook on monsters when I was a kid, and they no longer looked scary to me. Boo reminded me of my little sister, and Sully was a nice monster. Meanwhile, Mike had some funny moments in this film, which ended up making him my favorite Pixar character.

#7: Tron
I have to admit, Tron, in my opinion, was one of Disney's greatest live action movies ever. Everything in the film looked futuristic, for a movie which came out in the late 80s. Tron Legacy was still good, but the original Tron will still have a place in my treasury of Disney favorites.

#6: Bolt
It was a nice movie. When I first heard of it, I thought Bolt would be a ripoff of Krypto the Sueprdog, but I was wrong. Bolt has no idea he was in the real world, and his curiosity makes him cuter. But the one thing I didn't like was how a certain character had to be voiced by Miley Cyrus. But aside from that, the movie was cute and awesome, just like that dog himself   

#5: The Princess and The Frog
Another great movie by Disney, as well as the last 2D-animated film made by them. I actually was with my family while watching this movie because we all thought it'd be great. And it is. Dr. Facilier was a menacing villain, and that's a great thing. An amazing adaption of The Frog Prince, but with TWISTS!

#4: Aladdin
This was an outstanding movie based on the story Aladdin. I loved the songs and the atmosphere of the film. And, of course, my favorite character happens to be the Genie of the Lamp. Robin Williams voicing him was heartbreaking. Hopefully, he's in a better place now...But yeah, I liked the sequel and the TV show also, but this movie is the best and deserved to be in my list.

#3: The Lion King
Well, of course, I love this movie. Everybody loves this movie! Everything was so perfect, the atmosphere and story were great, and the characters and songs were memorable! I suppose that's the reason why this (and Aladdin) became a Broadway show in Manhattan. Like everyone else, this movie was also one of my favorites and I loved visiting the Pridelands in Kingdom Hearts 2. The sequels and spinoff show were great as well, but the first movie was AWESOME!

#2: Howl's Moving Castle
I'm not sure if this should be put in my top 10 list. I mean, sure, Disney and Studio Ghibli had a partnership together, but...Oh screw it, this was my first Studio Ghibli film I've ever watched...IN THEATRES! My very first Studio Ghibli movie was Spirited Away, and I had that for DVD. But anyway, I loved this film and I loved Ponyo and The Secret of Arrietty as well.

#1: Big Hero 6
You all heard me. Big Hero 6, of all the other Disney movies, is #1 on my top 10. I thought this movie was better than Frozen (no offense to you, fans. I love that movie as well) and everything was perfect, like the Lion King. Baymax was a loveable character and he had his funny moments. Yeah, I'm just gonna conclude how awesome this movie is by saying THEY ANNOUNCED A WORLD OF THIS FOR KINGDOM HEARTS III!!!! (And there I go again)
